Owen Roe Wine Tasting
What a treat to have the winemaker, David O'Reilly, from Owen Roe Winery describe all the wines for us at last nights Hanover Golf Club Wine Club! If Riesling and anything Crudo are not to your liking, this pairing will change you mind! The Corvidae 2019 was dry and fresh which suited the flavor bomb of the scallop crudo dish. Also loved the Ex Umbris Syrah's light smokiness as a complement to the slightly smoky cured salmon. The service was awesome as usual even with a new crew.
