New Orleans is known for a lot of things, good food and plenty of bar options are a couple.  We did a little research and took some friendly advice on where to go for just the right tastes.  Dragos is truly an establishment in Nola and set the bar for the fire-roasted, charbroiled oyster that now many restaurants try to emulate.  We went for the true original in Meterie, founded in 1969 by Croatian immigrants Drago and Klara Cvitanovich and even got to meet the matriarch, “Miss Klara”. If you love oysters, this place is the best. PoBoys were good too – very large menu to please everyone in your group.
